Looking for a motivated, detailed-oriented, and proactive equipment tech to join our team. This role includes overseeing all grounds equipment along with fleet carts. An Ideal candidate will be a team leader, an effective communicator, and will keep a safe workplace. Equipment tech will report directly to the NGC Superintendent

3 Years previous experience Working Knowledge of diesel/gas engines and hydraulic/electrical systems Reel maintenance (grinding and setup) would be an asset – training can be arranged for applicants with no prior experience *Golf Experience not necessary*

Perform regular maintenance and repairs on all golf course equipment golf carts, including mowers, utility vehicles, and small engines.

Implement a preventative maintenance Program to extend the life of the equipment and reduce unplanned downtime

Diagnose and repair mechanical hydraulic, and electrical issues on a variety of equipment

Keep accurate service logos, repair record, and parts inventory

Order necessary parts and supplies, ensuring inventory is maintained efficiently

Ensure all equipment is compliant with safety standards and regulations

3 Years or more is desirable in the golf industry
