Willow Park Golf & Country Club is seeking a skilled and motivated Turf Equipment Mechanic to join our team in a year-round position. As one of Calgary’s premier private golf facilities, we take pride in maintaining exceptional course conditions and rely on well-maintained equipment to achieve that standard.

The Turf Equipment Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of golf course equipment, including mowers, utility vehicles, small engines, and related turf maintenance machinery. This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the golf course is presented at the highest level.

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all turf equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Maintain accurate service records and maintenance schedules
• Manage parts inventory and coordinate ordering as needed
• Ensure a safe and organized shop environment
• Communicate effectively with the Superintendent and turf team regarding equipment needs
• Required to work some weekends during the golf season

• Experience repairing and maintaining turf equipment, agricultural equipment, or related machinery
• Strong knowledge of diesel and gas engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
• Welding and fabrication experience considered an asset
• Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
• Valid driver’s license required
